The DBIA Owner's Forum held their first meeting ON December
10th, 2003. The luncheon was hosted by Eric Smith of the
University of Washington Capital Projects Office and the DBIA
Northwest Region.
Owners who attended the event discussed to main topics, the
formation and continuation of the Owners Forum on a Quarterly
basis. Eric Smith volunteer to become the Interim
Committee Chairperson. He will be nominated and set for
a vote at the Winter Quarter business meeting.
The Owners Forum also discussed the possibility of
legislative action in Washington State regarding RCW 39.10.
The owners Forum will be collaborating with the
Legislative Committee on this topic.
